Tanggung Jawab
- Process loan applications accurately and ensure all required documentation is complete and verified.
- Perform data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system with high attention to detail.
- Monitor and manage loan repayments, ensuring timely updates and accurate record-keeping.
- Reconcile bank statements and daily transaction reports to maintain ledger integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and client statements.
- Communicate effectively with loan applicants to provide updates and resolve account queries.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems in compliance with company data security policies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal audit standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in an accounting or loan processing role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel) and accounting software.
- Exceptional numerical aptitude and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
- High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
