Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the accounting department's daily operations including AP/AR, general ledger, and month-end closing
- Develop and implement effective collections strategies to minimize DSO and reduce bad debts
- Supervise receivables team through performance coaching, KPI monitoring, and workflow optimization
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Prepare accurate financial reports for management and stakeholder decision-making
- Collaborate with sales and operations to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
- Automate accounting processes and implement system improvements for operational efficiency
- Conduct financial audits and implement corrective actions for process gaps
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in team leadership
- Expertise in collections management, credit policies, and receivables optimization
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and trends
- Proven track record of improving cash flow metrics and reducing collection delays
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration and stakeholder reporting
- Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and GAAP standards
