In this high-impact role, you will ensure all accounting practices adhere strictly to regulatory standards (PFRS, IAS) and internal company policies. You will oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, manage financial statement preparation, and coordinate with external auditors. Leading a team of accountants, you will foster a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement. You will also identify compliance risks and implement robust internal controls to safeguard the organization.
The ideal candidate is a CPA with extensive experience in accounting management within a BPO, shared services, or professional services environment. You bring strong knowledge of US GAAP and/or PFRS, exceptional leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with PFRS/IFRS and company policies.
- Manage the preparation and review of financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of accounting staff, fostering professional development and high performance.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and assessments.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the accounting and compliance functions.
- Ensure timely compliance with BIR, SEC, and other government reporting requirements.
- Provide strategic guidance to management on accounting standards, tax implications, and financial risks.
Kualifikasi
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of PFRS, IFRS, and US GAAP.
- Experience in the BPO or shared services industry is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel.
