Gastronova Hospitality Group Corp. is currently seeking an experienced Accounting & Compliance Specialist to join our team in Makati City. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring that our fast-paced F&B ventures remain both profitable and fully compliant with local regulatory standards.
You will work closely with the finance leadership to streamline our Accounts Payable and Receivable processes, manage complex tax filings, and maintain rigorous financial controls. If you thrive in an environment where precision meets pace, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) cycles to ensure healthy cash flow.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for group entities.
- Manage the preparation and timely filing of all local tax requirements (BIR, withholding taxes, VAT, etc.).
- Ensure 100% compliance with government regulations and internal financial policies.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash disbursements for multiple F&B outlets.
- Conduct internal audits to identify risks and implement stronger financial controls.
- Collaborate with operations managers to track food costs, labor costs, and operational expenses.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA license is a significant advantage).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of solid experience in general accounting and tax compliance, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR reporting requirements, and local government compliance.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
