Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
- Manage the consolidation process for multiple subsidiaries and ensure financial accuracy
- Coordinate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure completeness
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support management decision-making
- Review and reconcile intercompany transactions and eliminations
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
- Lead and mentor junior accounting staff in consolidation processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in consolidation
- Experience in the property and development industry is required
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and IFRS
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
