Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive accounting policies aligned with PSAK and international standards
- Conduct internal control audits to ensure financial data accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Monitor and enhance accounting systems to optimize financial data processing workflows
- Collaborate with external auditors during financial statement reviews and compliance assessments
- Prepare detailed financial control reports for executive board review
- Lead process improvement initiatives to strengthen financial governance frameworks
- Train finance staff on updated accounting procedures and control protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting control or financial standards implementation
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Expertise in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and IFRS
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and Excel modeling
- Proven experience in internal control testing and compliance documentation
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
