In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and providing strategic insights to support our business growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local and international accounting standards.
- Oversee tax filing, compliance, and government reporting requirements.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, providing actionable analysis to senior management.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors during annual audits.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team to maximize performance and professional growth.
- Drive continuous improvement in accounting systems, processes, and reporting efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA license is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, and budget management.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- A proactive mindset with a strong emphasis on professional integrity and a positive, collaborative attitude.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights for stakeholders.
