Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor, verify, and consolidate financial reports from all branch locations
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and company policies
- Identify financial discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
- Develop and maintain robust internal control systems
- Prepare detailed financial analysis reports for management review
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial control or accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or automotive industry beneficial
