Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end/year-end closing processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Lead accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies during compliance reviews
- Mentor accounting staff and optimize financial workflows
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA required)
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with 2+ years in leadership role
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/QuickBooks)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine GAAP and tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
- Proven experience in financial reporting and reconciliation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
