Join OTO Group as our Accounting Department Head and lead the financial operations of our dynamic organization. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire accounting function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial reporting processes. You'll be responsible for reviewing transaction data from our Head Office, preparing comprehensive financial reports, and managing a team of accounting professionals.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization while driving continuous improvement in accounting processes and systems.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations
- Review and approve transaction data processing for Head Office and other business units
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to ensure high performance and professional growth
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and accounting systems
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audit processes
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree is preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing accounting teams
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
