We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) accounting systems with precision and expertise. In this critical role, you'll ensure seamless financial processes, optimize system efficiency, and safeguard data integrity across all accounting modules. You'll collaborate closely with finance and IT teams to implement system upgrades, resolve complex accounting challenges, and drive digital transformation initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain ERP accounting systems (SAP/Oracle) to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency
- Oversee financial operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management
- Configure ERP modules to align with accounting standards and business requirements
- Develop and implement internal controls for financial data security and compliance
- Train finance team members on ERP functionalities and best practices
- Generate financial reports and analyze system performance metrics
- Coordinate with IT for system upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems
- 3+ years of experience with ERP accounting systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Advanced knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficiency in SQL and database management principles
- Certification in ERP implementation or accounting systems preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
