We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Executive to join our dynamic finance team in Sentosa. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. You will be responsible for checking figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes. The ideal candidate will also organize, secure, and maintain all files to ensure efficient retrieval and compliance with company standards.
As an Accounting Executive, you will support the financial management team by performing daily reconciliations, processing invoices, and preparing financial reports. Tanggung Jawab
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts, including performing monthly reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring accurate coding, approval, and timely payment.
- Maintain an organized and secure filing system for all financial documents and records.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end close procedures and audit requirements.
- Perform general accounting duties and support the finance manager with ad-hoc projects.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA).
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or SAP) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of GST filing and compliance regulations in Singapore.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
