Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the full spectrum of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with MFRS.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment runs, and reconciliation.
- Manage cash flow, prepare bank reconciliations, and monitor daily treasury activities.
- Coordinate and support the annual audit, tax filing, and statutory reporting processes.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives to drive business efficiency.
- Ensure timely submission of SST, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree / Professional Qualification in Accounting or Finance (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a similar accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and local tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, UBS, SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet strict monthly deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to financial confidentiality.
