Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, management reports, and year-end closing.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including SST submissions and corporate tax requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and bankers as required.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all financial records and supporting documents.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and local regulatory requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail with high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
