Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including accurate and timely processing of E-Faktur and E-SPT.
- Monitor and manage daily cash flow activities to ensure operational liquidity.
- Lead the monthly and year-end closing processes to ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with company standards.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and analysis for management review.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate documentation and internal control compliance.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting or a related financial role.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of Indonesian taxation (E-Faktur, E-SPT, VAT, and Withholding Tax).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a high level of professional integrity.
