Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring compliance with PSAK standards
- Oversee tax compliance, including monthly VAT, annual PPh, and tax filings
- Conduct internal audits and implement financial controls to safeguard company assets
- Analyze financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize financial processes
- Manage banking relationships and ensure accurate cash flow management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting with logistics industry background
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
