Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and ensure timely processing of financial transactions
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and reconciliations
- Assist in monthly/quarterly/annual financial statement preparation and reporting
- Support tax compliance activities including filing returns and maintaining tax documentation
- Monitor budget variances and provide financial analysis to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies
- Implement and maintain internal accounting controls and processes
- Participate in audits and ensure adherence to accounting standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience in a commercial setting
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards (FRS) and tax regulations
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks
- Professional certification (ACCA/CIMA) is advantageous
