Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain full-set accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Handle accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations.
  • Oversee tax matters, including SST computations, tax planning, and timely submissions to regulatory bodies.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial analysis to guide management decisions.
  • Liaise effectively with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government authorities.
  • Review and optimize existing accounting processes and internal control systems to improve efficiency.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure high departmental performance.

Kualifikasi

  • Candidate must possess at least LCCI Higher, Diploma, ACCA, or a Degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in the trading sector.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL Account, AutoCount, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
  • In-depth knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and local taxation laws.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict reporting deadlines.
