Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain full-set accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Handle accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Oversee tax matters, including SST computations, tax planning, and timely submissions to regulatory bodies.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial analysis to guide management decisions.
- Liaise effectively with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government authorities.
- Review and optimize existing accounting processes and internal control systems to improve efficiency.
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure high departmental performance.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least LCCI Higher, Diploma, ACCA, or a Degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in the trading sector.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL Account, AutoCount, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and local taxation laws.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict reporting deadlines.
