In this role, you will be the backbone of our finance department, ensuring accuracy in our books, overseeing day-to-day transactions, and providing the management team with vital insights to drive business growth. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and is comfortable juggling the complexities of both retail inventory accounting and wholesale financial reporting.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform daily reconciliation of retail and wholesale sales transactions.
- Handle month-end closing activities, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and cash flow analysis.
- Monitor inventory valuation and cost of goods sold (COGS) for both wholesale and retail channels.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant statutory authorities.
- Support the finance manager in streamlining accounting processes and improving internal controls.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CA/CPA progress is a plus).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar Accounting Executive role, preferably in retail or wholesale industries.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, SAP, or QuickBooks).
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of integrity.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
