We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accounting & Finance professional to join PT. ESTETIKA NINDYA DESAIN. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial health, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in financial reporting who possesses the diligence and organizational skills necessary to manage complex accounting processes.
As a key member of our finance team, you will manage the full cycle of financial operations, from preparing detailed financial statements to managing budgets and forecasting. Your expertise in utilizing accounting software and advanced Excel functions will be critical in streamlining our financial workflows and ensuring data accuracy. We value precision and reliability, and we are looking for a dedicated professional who can meet tight deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of integrity in all financial matters.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting tasks, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L) in strict accordance with local accounting standards.
- Oversee the budget preparation process, perform variance analysis, and support strategic financial planning and forecasting.
- Ensure accurate and timely tax filings and compliance with all relevant Indonesian tax regulations.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts daily/weekly to ensure complete data integrity.
- Conduct internal audits and implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (S1 Akuntansi).
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros).
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar systems).
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines consistently.
- Deep understanding of financial reporting standards and tax laws in Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
