Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial data entry and update accounting records accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, invoices, and vouchers.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor petty cash transactions.
- Support the tax documentation process and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding payment status and billing inquiries.
- Maintain well-organized filing systems for all financial and administrative documents.
- Assist the finance team in internal audits and year-end closing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, or SAP) is a strong plus.
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of integrity.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
