Robinsons Supermarket is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting & Finance Assistant to join our finance team in Libis, Metro Manila. We are specifically looking for a BSA Graduate who is ready to apply their academic knowledge in a dynamic retail environment. In this role, you will support the daily financial operations of the branch. Your expertise in financial reconciliation and data analysis will be vital in ensuring the accuracy of our records. You will be working with the latest technology, including the SAP accounting software, to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily accounting operations and financial record-keeping.
- Perform financial reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Utilize SAP accounting software for data entry, processing, and reporting.
- Analyze financial data using advanced Excel functions (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Prepare and verify invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
- Support the finance team with month-end closing activities and ad-hoc reporting.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation and archives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) Graduate.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with a focus on data analysis.
- Familiarity with SAP accounting software is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail setting.
