Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
- Conduct thorough expense analysis and variance reporting to support management decision-making.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing documentation and reconciliation support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows and implement process improvements.
- Assist in tax preparation and statutory filing requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is a strong advantage.
- At least 3-5 years of solid experience in general accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines.
- Deep understanding of Philippine taxation laws and financial reporting standards (PFRS/IFRS).
