Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records and reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily transaction activity.
- Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure timely processing.
- Contribute to month-end and year-end closing processes under the guidance of senior accountants.
- Verify financial documents and ensure compliance with internal financial policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and financial statements as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply; 0-2 years of relevant work experience is a plus.
- Strong grasp of fundamental accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
