As a Junior Accounting Finance Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the finance department's daily operations. You will be responsible for handling income statements, balance sheets, and various financial documents while ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate income statements, balance sheets, and financial reports
- Handle and organize various financial documents with attention to detail
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Support bank reconciliation and general ledger entries
- Collaborate with senior accountants on audit preparations
- Maintain proper filing systems for financial records
- Assist in data entry and verification of financial data
- Contribute to process improvements within the finance department
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from a reputable university
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Accurate, MySQL, or similar)
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
