Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the entire Accounting and Finance department functions, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and implement robust cost accounting frameworks to monitor and optimize manufacturing production costs.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support executive decision-making.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, accounting standards (PSAK), and internal audit requirements.
- Analyze variance reports to identify inefficiencies and provide actionable insights to improve operational performance.
- Manage treasury functions, including cash flow management, banking relationships, and credit control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional department heads to align financial goals with overall business strategy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA/CA/CMA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Proven ability to manage financial operations, budgeting, and cost analysis in a large-scale manufacturing environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
