Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and growth initiatives
- Manage monthly/quarterly closing processes and ensure timely, accurate financial statements
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive informed decision-making
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Manage financial risks and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational financial needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in accounting/finance management
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and financial regulations
- Proven leadership experience with team management and development
- Advanced analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
