PT Batanghari Manunggaljaya is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure the timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Lead the development and implementation of accounting SOPs to ensure internal controls and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct rigorous monthly stock reconciliation and inventory audits to verify physical assets against system records.
- Manage the finance team, providing mentorship and guidance on technical accounting issues and best practices.
- Prepare and present financial analysis, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure strict adherence to Indonesian tax laws, financial reporting standards, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP (Akuntansi Pemerintah) and comprehensive understanding of tax regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
