In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining ledger accuracy, and ensuring that all fiscal reporting meets company standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial reports and balance sheets.
- Maintain and update company ledger records with high precision.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial documentation and expense reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations (Pajak) and financial policies.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify payment documentation for accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, or SAP).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Badung, Bali.
