Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and oversee general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations (Pajak) and financial reporting standards.
- Support the management team with budget forecasting and financial planning.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities when required.
- Maintain systematic and organized digital financial filing systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero).
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN) and financial regulations.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
