Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure liquidity requirements are met.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for tax compliance and financial audits.
- Analyze financial variances and provide actionable insights to management for better cost control.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and manage depreciation schedules.
- Ensure all financial documents and tax reports are processed accurately and submitted within deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Professional integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial data.
