PT Cravercorp Indonesia Wholesale is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial health of our organization by managing core accounting processes, ensuring strict tax compliance, and producing accurate financial reports. You will also serve as a vital liaison between our Jakarta operations and our headquarters, facilitating seamless communication and data flow.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full-cycle accounting process, including accounts payable and receivable reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and local Indonesian regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax documents, including VAT and corporate income tax.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and headquarters to facilitate annual audits and reporting.
- Process and verify expense reports, invoices, and receipts to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and cash flow forecasts for management review.
- Maintain accurate financial records and internal control systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Fluency in English is required (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, or QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
