PT. Noah Tex is seeking a dedicated and analytical Junior Manager Finance & Accounting to join our team in Karawang. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance and accounts payable/receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK).
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process, monitoring financial performance against targets.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with local tax regulations.
- Perform internal audits and reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational decision-making with financial data.
- Oversee the payroll processing and ensure all financial policies are followed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (S1 Akuntansi).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
