Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct risk-based internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
- Develop and execute comprehensive audit programs in accordance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and highlight significant findings, risks, and control deficiencies to management.
- Perform follow-up audits to ensure that management has implemented appropriate corrective actions.
- Review financial statements and operational data to identify areas for operational efficiency and cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the audit process.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual audit plan and coordinate with external auditors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or risk management within the insurance or financial services industry.
- CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and financial statements.
- Proficiency in using audit software (e.g., TeamMate, IDEA) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to senior management.
