Tanggung Jawab
- Process daily financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with high accuracy.
- Manage customer account profiles and maintain up-to-date, accurate records in the banking system.
- Assist in monthly reconciliation processes and prepare necessary financial documentation.
- Provide excellent front-desk service and resolve customer account-related queries efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, banking regulations, and KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures.
- Prepare routine reports and assist the finance team with general accounting tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in banking operations or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) and banking software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
