Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and prepare necessary tax documentation and filings
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for management review
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and other financial partners
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes to guide strategic decision-making
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the wholesale industry
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Effective communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus
