Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions and maintaining accurate financial ledgers.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow forecasts.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings, audits, and compliance requirements in accordance with local regulations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor petty cash and operational expenses.
- Support the finance manager in budgeting, variance analysis, and financial planning initiatives.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records for audit readiness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA license is a plus but not required).
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance support role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP systems).
- Deep understanding of Philippine accounting standards, taxation laws, and BIR compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict month-end closing deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
