Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and record daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
- Monitor and manage daily cash flow and petty cash accounts.
- Perform monthly and quarterly bank reconciliations to ensure account balances are correct.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax reports and statutory filings.
- Reconcile supplier invoices and manage accounts payable/receivable.
- Support the finance manager in budget planning and cost control activities.
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in general accounting or finance roles.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Accurate) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and office productivity tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team.
