Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and ledger entries using Accurate software.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure operational liquidity.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Handle tax reporting and compliance (PPh 21, 23, Final, PPN) in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to track invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims.
- Assist in the preparation of internal audit reports and external financial audits.
- Maintain well-organized filing systems for all financial documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in an accounting or finance role.
- Mandatory: Strong proficiency in using Accurate Accounting Software.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian accounting principles (PSAK) and taxation regulations.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) is essential.
