- Maintain accurate inventory records and financial documentation
- Conduct periodic inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Prepare inventory valuation reports and cost analysis
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams on inventory planning
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years experience in inventory accounting or finance
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills with data analysis capabilities
- Strong knowledge of inventory valuation methods (FIFO, Weighted Average)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is advantageous
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
