Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring GAAP/IFRS compliance
- Lead and develop the accounting team through performance management and skill development initiatives
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies and fraud
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits and ensure timely resolution of findings
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement
- Manage budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting processes
- Ensure adherence to tax regulations and filing deadlines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Expert knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience in manufacturing or technology sector highly advantageous
