Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise accounting team members, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes and financial statement preparation
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits
- Optimize financial systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management
- Ensure adherence to tax regulations and corporate financial policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CA certification preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Expertise in Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong leadership skills with team development experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
