Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business optimization
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports including P&L statements and balance sheets
- Monitor budget performance and variances, providing recommendations for cost control
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes with journal entries and reconciliations
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning decisions
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and internal financial controls
- Collaborate with audit teams during internal and external examinations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting roles
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for presenting financial insights to stakeholders
