Join Fuji Finance Indonesia's dynamic finance team as either an Accounting Financial Reporting Specialist or Compliance APU PPT Committee Officer. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing regulatory reports, and supporting key committees that govern financial integrity and risk management. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK)
- Manage regulatory reporting for OJK (Financial Services Authority) and BI (Bank Indonesia) requirements
- Support Audit, Planning, and Treasury (APU) committee meetings through documentation and compliance reviews
- Monitor and ensure adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulations
- Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting for management decision support
- Coordinate with internal audit teams and external regulators during examinations
- Develop and maintain financial control systems to prevent compliance breaches
- Stay updated on evolving financial regulations and reporting requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with GPA ≥3.0
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial reporting or compliance within banking/finance sector
- Proficiency in Indonesian financial regulations (OJK Regulation 12/POJK.03/2016, BI Regulation 19.10/10/PBI/2017)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP Oracle preferred)
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or CIA) is highly advantageous
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict regulatory deadlines
