Join Goday Indonesia Food as a key Accounting GL professional where you'll own the end-to-end finance and accounting operations for our dynamic food industry operations. This critical role requires technical expertise in general ledger management and Mandarin language proficiency to bridge communication with our regional stakeholders. You'll be instrumental in maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards, and supporting strategic decision-making through precise financial reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle general ledger operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Collaborate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders to resolve cross-border financial queries
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures with strict deadline adherence
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Support audits by providing comprehensive documentation and financial evidence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on general ledger experience in manufacturing/food industry
- Professional certification (AK, BKP) or equivalent accounting qualifications
- Fluent Mandarin language skills (verbal and written) for stakeholder communication
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines with high accuracy standards
