Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end accounting functions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support organizational growth and real estate project milestones.
- Ensure full compliance with BIR regulations, local tax laws, and financial reporting standards (PFRS/IFRS).
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banking institutions to maintain strong financial partnerships.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and management reports to the executive board to support strategic business decisions.
- Optimize cash flow management and liquidity positions to ensure project sustainability.
- Mentor and supervise the accounting team to foster a culture of efficiency, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (BSA) is required; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Proven expertise in the Real Estate or Property Development industry is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data for senior management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
