Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily accounting operations and financial reporting processes.
- Lead, mentor, and train the accounting team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Philippine GAAP.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax laws, BIR regulations, and company financial policies.
- Conduct regular financial audits, variance analysis, and budget forecasting.
- Collaborate with department heads to support strategic decision-making and budget management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
