Ayala Coop is seeking a strategic and results-driven Accounting Head to lead our financial operations and drive organizational excellence. This is a pivotal leadership role that oversees comprehensive accounting functions, from day-to-day financial operations to high-level treasury management.
As the Accounting Head, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting, implementing robust internal controls, and providing strategic insights that support informed business decisions. You will lead a dedicated team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal control systems to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
- Manage treasury operations including cash flow forecasting, investment strategies, and liquidity management
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and tax filings in accordance with Philippine accounting standards
- Lead and develop the accounting team, providing mentorship and ensuring professional growth
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities for annual audits and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with senior management to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts
- Evaluate financial systems and recommend improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA license is required
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Expert knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), BIR regulations, and tax compliance
- Proven track record in treasury management, financial planning, and budget oversight
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience in a cooperative, banking, or financial services environment is highly preferred
