Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all statutory requirements, including BIR tax returns (Income Tax, VAT, EWT) and SEC filings.
- Coordinate and lead the annual external audit process and liaise with government regulatory bodies.
- Develop and implement robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and budgeting support to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Manage and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of high performance and professional development.
- Monitor cash flow and manage treasury functions to optimize the company's financial position.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a significant advantage.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Philippine tax laws, labor laws, and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet strict reporting deadlines.
