Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, and month-end closing
- Develop and implement financial reporting systems ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Manage budgeting processes and financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with BIR regulations, tax filings, and international accounting standards
- Optimize cash flow management and treasury operations
- Lead and mentor accounting staff while establishing best practices
- Collaborate with executive team on financial strategy and business planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA license required
- Minimum 5 years progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Expert knowledge of Philippine GAAP, BIR regulations, and tax compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Proven track record in financial reporting and budget management
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
